I really hate how they treat him as well. But if he does die after giving birth to an heir then if it’s not by them killing him or something like that, then it could be that having a child might be too much for him and his body? I’m not too sure, but that’s my second guess.
Hmm.. You're right that might also be the reason. Normally the Omega survives after giving birth but I've seen m/preg with serious backlashes. Also I've never really seen Omegaverse where the Uterus had to mature first. They also say that he's a "low-grade" omega so that might be the reason
