The bully actual likes Jaejin, that's why he has a problem with his brother liking Jaejin.. He doesn't know how to convey his feelings well so he resorted to violence, classic internalized homophobia..

    Cmon, everyone deserves a redemption arc. Plus, imagine how sweet of a revenge it would be for the bully to fall head over heels for the guy he is bullying and got completely wrap around his fingers rather than just getting rejected and never seen again..

    I agree, I just was stating what I believed would happen though. I mean, I guess he does deserve another chance.
