I've done lots of research on the piercing in general when I considered getting it done, which I still haven't gotten it yet, but they say there really isn't much of a different unless the barbell is cold but the mouth is hot, but still not much of a difference. Can't say from experience thoo.
Hmm I read experienced opinions for this too. Lol. But it was mostly for blowjob. And there was kinda variety. Some say it didn't feel much while some found it good. I can't say for assholes though.
