I saw the raw on FB and check them with the translator. Caius is sending Kouichi back home which will afect Caius the flow of magic in him which can kill him apparently on the last chapter Caius send Kouichi back and Kouichi was regretting in the middle of it, because the doctor explain him what will happen to Caius if he leave and he remenber all the time he spend with him *and he notice he actually like/love him* (the ** part i'm not shure). The manga will be on hiatus until january
