Same for me as well, I guess it how she talks to the ML. Like I totally understand her but during the time period in the manga I would say she is really good to talk to her master like that. Like I don't wanna dislike but I just do

i agree like it really takes me out of the story when the servants act so rude straight to their masters/nobles/kings because its so unrealistic
