I read a bit of the novel and found something amazing with shion's cook skill

So basically it can be applied to anything she cuts. If she cut a human's hand with the thought of that human being born without it, healing that human would not return its hand. She can basically change anything she cut the way she wanted to. Even barriers would be altered.
