My favourite!! But I prefer Chinese brand called MaLing. Always deep fried them in very very hot oil and then turn down the heat, that way the outside is crispy while inside is juicy and still retain its flavour. I always eat them with freshly cooked white rice (jasmine or basmati). Accompanied with sweet iced thick black tea. Sometimes when if I think just spam & rice is too dry, I pour beef-bone soup on my rice.
