Firstly, a bit over the top with the whole - "Ugh, puke, barf."- comment.
Secondly "they're OK i guess" as a statement while being slightly non-committal is not a negative reference.
And finally I think you have some serious issues dude you need to get them seen to.
So your line of reasoning here is basically; "You don't absolutely love this manga that I do means that you absolutely hate it!" -the reasoning of a 10-12 year old kid, who's way too young and immature to be here.
So you are going to compare this only to the usual, rapey mangas and say that it's best manga in this genre (without even knowing what actual good stories are!?) The usual rapey stories are horrible. But a story where people just magically fall in love in a heartbeat without knowing anything about the other person is great? Sounds pretty unrealistic to me. Also, the 3rd story (the clothing Store one) was honestly disturbing. Maybe you should get some real life experience (in romance and relationships) before coming here and giving this manga a 5 star (ok, it's your opinion) But behaving like this towards someone just because they don't have the same opinion is horrible.
