Yes they do. For example, I am not even 20 years old and I am already a DD cup (I was a D cup at 14 y/o). My mom was an H cup and she got a reduction and now she is a DD like me... I can say it's a family thing (￣∇￣")

Yes! My back hurts from time to time but I'm ok, it's bearable. What I can say that it's VERY uncomfortable is how people stare at us. Apart from that, you can solve other problems (for example, they hurt when I run) if you are creative (⌒▽⌒)
