Er I don't no it's like within the first 20 chapters maybe? I cant remember I read it on web comics ages ago. Some translations changed the chapters with the blood as was sensitive content so was just mentioned somewhere, when I read it i saw the blood on the sheets.
No there are 2 versions, first was he did rape her as she was drugged asleep. There was blood on sheets, the other versions it was changed that she had her period as first scene was getting alot of hate.
They didn't even clarify any of those... Like it's so confusing.. If it really is her period she would have atleast thought of it... And when they first did IT she wouldve realized... It wasn't very clear and its annoying..

I know. Unfortunately webtoons like these aren't very consistent nor realistic. I think the blood on the sheets was coz they had sex in the original plot but they censored it to her having her period. Also, in both versions she took morning after pill.
