it honestly depends on whats happening in the scene, if its just the uke smiling then it should be fine, but if its a kiss scene try scrolling up to a different panel?
So anytime something good happens to a character in a yaoi manga I can't help but smile but, when I'm around my homophobic parents I smile and they ask me why I'm smiling and I'm like oh no reason and their like let me see and I totally spaz out and idk what to do
