But she has a great knowledge of economy as you can see

i mean yeah thats the whole point. she’s using her experience in her past life and the new tools she has at her disposal to her advantage. it would be stupid and out of character for her to not take advantage of what she can. she does it with personal relationships so it only makes sense she does the same with ‘magic’ items.

This is about survival is high society tho
In terms of intellect she is mixing her knowledge she gained in her current life with her experience from her past life which makes her incredibly smart compared to many women
However when it comes to social circles intellect isn't always important but etiquette and presentation does, so the hourglass saves her from being trampled on just because she doesn't know what kind of tea the drink is or from giving nobles a reason to mock her background

Isn’t that equivalent to you being disappointed by Aria using the memories of her past life to her advantage? It’s the same in a sense where she learns from the past and uses it to reshape her future. Also, simply owning the hourglass doesn’t automatically make Aria brilliant, the method in which she decides to use the hourglass is also very significant.

I mean, I do get why you would be disappointed by her frequent use of the hourglass but I believe that she’s making the most of what she has. It’s not exactly wise to neglect such a valuable object when it’s technically already hers.

Of course, I am not forcing my thoughts upon everybody as people are subjected to their own opinions. Just wanted to share my thoughts regarding this topic.
