First off, SHUT THE FUCK UP. Here's a little tip for ya: DON'T FUCKING READ SOMETHING THAT HAS A WARNING THAT CLEARLY EXPLAINS WHAT THE CHAPTER CONTAINS. AND IF IT RELATES TO YOU, DON'T FUCKING READ IT. Instead you act like you have your head up your ass and just start reading away! And then when you get to the part that the warning contains you act like Ms. Congeniality and start bitching and raving.
