Based on what I've seen in the raw, I'd say he is an evil dude.
Does he do something bad to uke??
From what I understood, he kidnapped him a few times and did others things.... worse things. I think he's the rival of the seme (maybe an old friend/familly, not sure of their exact relationship, I don't speak/read korean) ^^'
