Main people ends up together, there's no angst there, apart from chapter 1.

The secondary couple is where angst is. The rapist of chapter one and fated partner of main alpha (who ends up with Alzheimer's, sorta, due to suppresent abuse)... The secondary couple is much more amazing

Worth it though... The character development of the rapist is mind blowing.

He goes from "omegas are inferior and deserve to be raped willy niloy" to being an extremely caring devoted protective partner who sticks by his Omega even when that guy forgets about him.
