Wait! Did i miss something? What did that red head mean about the back tat?

if u look back when seungjae was getting a tattoo young with his father , there was a guy with a red buzz cut friends there w seungjae's dad and in the last chapter you see a photo of the red head and the guy with the red buzz cut that was friends with seungjae's dad also there for the back tattoo tht eventually got burned by his stepdad . hope that helped(￣∇￣")

at the end it showed red buzz cut guy was the read heads father (forgot to mention)
