About the chairman thing... Maybe in the original there's no gender mentioned in the name, so they just translated as a man at first. But now we know it's a woman, so it's expected to use "chairwoman" now

I just reread chapter 24 and I wonder about the translation.. isn't the chairman a man? but for recently chapter I think the chairman is woman or there are another chairman they mention here and there .. I'm a bit confused just like how I used google translation sometimes, it says "you" sometimes it says "I" . It makes me confused who is who and who said that sentenses.
