Yep, it was his imagination, him waking up while holding his hand, but then coming back to reality only to see eh I'm still asleep and completely oblivious. It seems he wants him to know that he cares for him but he keeps stopping himself. JUST GRAB HIS FACE AND KISS HIM ALREADY!!!
