I think it was when he began to realise tht his 'teacher' doesn't really care for him. Also, when he called him a whore, Nakyum felt heartbroken and clung to Seungho. Tht was, I think, the trigger to his affection. He was trying to forget his teacher and Seungho was there, ready to accept him, in a way. Then when the teacher left without saying goodbye, Nakyum didnt even seem sad just exhausted n maybe he kinda expected tht to happen. His love for teacher hopefully ran out.
As for Seungho, they keep having sex so maybe he's confusing physical intimacy with affection but he's still slowly warming up to Seungho. So there's tht.
Also, who wont be thankful to their benefactor. Seungho is buying clothes for him, feeding him and treating him better than anyone ever has (now tht is not before) in his life and he has nowhere to return to.

I do see what you mean, the pace is going fast but I do think Nakyum is feeling something for the lord. I don't think is "love". He hasn't said anything about liking him but that he jut doesn't hate him anymore. Hopefully the author fleshes out the relationships.
I feel like when seungho was taking care of him when he was sick and doing a lot of things for him, showing him that he cares (letting him rest and taking care of him at the same time, making him feel important for him) and all of that (even tho it was very subtle compared to the abuse ) made him feel a type of way. And he saw one of his weaknesses (family drama) maybe that played a bit too? He also noticed that his learned Sir didn't care about him that much compared to seungho. I guess it's all of that combined imo
Im not sure when, but i think he just gave up on hating himself for IT after the teacher dude left and there was no one who would blame him for enjoying some meat.

I’m a little confused. At what point did Nakyum begin to feel affection for Seungho? In a way where it was genuine. It feels like nothing really signifcant happen for him to accept him or did I miss something?
