He probably lived all his life not knowing he has a little brother plus Omi is the one who has been raising and protecting Rou, so I could understand how Omi weighs heavily than Yuki in Rou’s heart BUT I believe Rou actually cares for Yuki, he just couldn’t since he already vowed to protect Omi with his life so can’t afford to have weakness that enemy could easily exploit
