This is only my theory tho, but i think that was Aquila's past personality (or before he went back time to save Lamia). It wasn't the right time to apologize because he couldn't explain that he went back time to save Lamia from her demise.

He’s not apologising because I think he had to do that for a reason. He may have done it to save lamia and uri’s life in some way. There must be a reason. He came from the first timeline remember. In the first timeline him and lamia were in love and engaged or already married. That means he must have been good to her brother in the first timeline as well. If he’s not apologising saying he does regret it but it’s not the right time to apologise means he had a good reason. We don’t know anything about the second prince yet. Everyone is so quick to judge and hate him when we know near nothing about him and what actually happened in the first timeline and how everything happened. Like many characters from different stories we have to wait before we judge him especially knowing he came back in time
I don’t hate him, nor am I judging him. I just didn’t know why he couldn’t say sorry??? That’s it.
I think he wants to explain along with his apology but it is too soon to reveal secrets. Also I'm pretty sure his magic can heal Uri's hand but he needs him crippled ATM so apology must wait.
Yeah, I figured. I wonder why, though? Does it affect Lamia’s death?
I wrote a different post but could be 2 things needs Lamia to be a knight and needs Uri not to trust people easily. He was probably duped like with the child and got Lamia killed. I'm pretty sure that whole situation was a lesson.
