No, the anime is not finished yet, right now it’s actually on a filler training arc which takes place before the manga’s current arc. This is so the anime doesn’t catch up to the manga.

So is the anime complete? I haven't finished it but I'm almost done. Im gonna start reading as well so I'm wondering if there are any different arcs in the manga that anime hasn't got to.
