Why give up Yaoi
it's been getting boring lately, either that or I'm getting more desensitised to it. if you have any recommendations like this i.e yaoi with fantastic art, world building, plot and fantasy elements shoot them my way
I understand how you feel though. Looking at the list of my to-read manga (which is a loooot), I would like to motivate myself to read it, but most of the time I fail. So I take breaks. There are months where I don’t read any manga at all, or I skip BL manga altogether and read something from a diff genre.
There’s also the issue of repetitive storylines and boring plots. I get tired of reading high school romances, I want to see more of adult men doing gay things lol. Then I stumbled upon this manhwa and I fell in love all over again.
It would be best if you take a break every now and then.
I told myself that was completely done with yaoi like i wouldnt start anymore and would just finish the ones ive started and be done. Then i discovered THIS. this story.... i just- i initially just wanted to take a peek because the story sounded interested and now i done binged the whole thing in like a day, stayed up late to read it with work in the morning the plot, the characters, the ART, the flow, the originality - this story has EVERYTHING im so glad i discovered it. Everything about this story is amazing its hilarious, suspenseful and it really just sucks you in. and the.. *ahem*... bed scenes are very, VERY tasteful like i just be staring like wow... i love that for them i can’t wait to read more like this is probably one of the first times i feel like i would actually drop coin to read the official translations the story is THAT good! Thank you so much to the team/people who translated this masterpiece for us your hardwork is much appreciated!!
