HELP ME FIND IT

Im not really good at speaking english so please understand. So there this boy who looks like a girl. When he was litte his mother always make him wear a girl clothes and make him join to a pageant(?) And he hear a people talking about him that its unfair that he join the pageant 'cause he was a boy so he ripped all his (girl) clothes. So there's this newly moved in their neighborhood and when the boy saw this two (cool) boy and he found them cool so he started to follow them around since he wants to be cool. And then he realize that hes inlove of one the boys. THATS ALL I REMEMBER
