Oh yeah I know she was gonna marry him in her past life but I meant why she didn't marry him NOW because it seemed like she didn't want to marry him while she was still known as Karina. And she was killed by soldiers allegedly sent by her father(they had swords from knights in his dukedom).

I love that he is torturing her family!! I'm assuming she would have married him if she wasn't still Karina. But I wonder if the only reason she stayed in her past life was because she had nowhere to go and wanted their love but then she died in the end why bother staying with them? Is she stuck with them legally because she's Karina? Is there no way to become Adele again instead of waiting till They have no use for her? Did they kill her because her existence could be bad for their reputation if people found out their real Karina died of that plague or whatever?
