Hm it can be a plot hole. But I am pretty sure the the vampire dude said he MADE the androgynous guy. But yeah there is a possibility of it being a plot hole as it isn't really explained in detail.
the way i understood it is that if a vampire drinks so much from you that you die off blood loss, then you turn into one, but if the vampire just drinks small amounts without killing the person then he turns into a so called half vampire. at least thats how i understood it
plot hole! the mc has been bitten by that vampire dude right? so he's originally a human so now he's only supposed to be a half vampire instead just like that androgynous guy, can walk in the sunlight and survive by eating food but how come he's a full blooded vampire now?
