Your right, the stories aren't really similar at all. However, for some reason me and apparently a bunch of other people keep seeing the cover and confusing the two. It's got nothing to do with the story and it's not meant to be insulting. It's just an observation that apparently the covers have a similar enough tone to them that these stories get confused with each other even though side-by-side the covers are obviously different.
Lol thats how i feel about "The Founder of Diabolism". every chinese sword fight fantasy webtoon i see comments on how its resembles that novel.

I don’t see how people think this is similar to silent lover the entire plot is different the only similarity is the time period and the fact that it’s a bl even the characters personalities and the art is very different I feel bad because when people say it’s similar it offends me and I’m not even the author
