Totally agree. I postponed so much this manhwa for the bad comments but that was totally a mistake. Actually I ended loving so much this story and the characters!

this is NOT a smut dependent manhwa. everything adds to the plot. no sex scene is just there for the hell of it. shell being an abnormal is part of the plot. the dynamics of shell and eric's relationship represents how the human society is different from the vampires. how eric uses the power shell gave him in the beginning to vent his anger out speaks volumes. most yaois just put sex for the smut, but this manhwa has amazing smut that is very much needed for the plot. this manhwa would've lost a lot had it been shounen ai.
plus, if this doesn't have a plot, then honestly, what does? this is my favourite read ever with a complex plot delivered in an easy to understand manner. it doesn't just tell you what's happening, it provides different prespectives from every single layer of the society. from vampires point of view (shell) from overlords point of view (pain) from humans point of view (ellie) from arts point of view (humpty dumpty) and eric, the person that can belong to both sides. and how anyone can be changed by their circumstances. it is honestly a very relatable story delivered in a fantasy world equipped with it's own politics and dynamics, from the point of view of basically anyone that can exist in said world. the people hating (not disliking, but actively hating) on this masterpiece either just don't understand the plot or are just haters that are just gonna hate.
For the nth time, this manhua deserves more love, recognition, and support!!!!
