why talk, lay everything open and be happy when u can just keep ur mouth shut and create unnecessary misunderstandings that will make the whole situation just that more complicated and frustrating

Why does noone ever tell their partner why they're breaking up with them? I'm sure if he said "I'm breaking up with you to protect you from my family after I step down from my position" they would be able to work out a compromise -_- but they never do
