Oh, I just noticed you used the word pronoun. Definitely would probably be "he" but use "she" when he's dressed as a woman. But there are a lot of transvestites that prefer to be called "she" even when they are dressed down in their male clothes. So I think it's fine to refer to Miu as whichever you like.
