Its not like he didnt appreciate him..some people take some time to warm up to people (could be due to past experiences or just his personality) but once they do theyre the one being clingy,
yeah but os not like os the first thing those people are gonna tell you, you don't know what's on their minds, and some people can't handle those people. Other people also look for something serious. If they are grown ups they should know how to express themselves already, let the people interested in them how they feel.
