Even if what Han is doing is wrong, it’s quite clear that Param led Han on with the whole: “you don’t feel real even though you’re in front of me” and “Is that really you Han? I must be dreaming” Thus implying that Param has wet dreams about Han quite often. And Han has taken interest in Param according to previous chapters. It is quite rude to have sex with someone who is on an aphrodisiac but as long as the original feelings between the two (pre-drug of course) are mutual to some extent, (heat of the moment or otherwise) then it’s fine with me.

Uh, I’d say it’s a lot more then “quite rude” basically the first rule of consent is that both parties are clear headed. Or the same level of intoxicated.
