I guess u missed it lemme tell (⌒▽⌒) They said if a human realizes(or sees dunno?) that they are both human and sparrow they have to choose between being a normal sparrow or being a human and not being able to understand sparrows anymore. That’s why he had to choose one cause Jin saw him transforming

But why can't Suzume stay as he is? He can transform into a human so he could have done that when he's with Jin, and become a sparrow when he's with his friends and family. Why does it have to be only human or only sparrow or is there something I missed?
