Some i know that are harem isekai:.1.Wish To Say Farewell. 2.The Result of Being Reincarnated is Having a Master-Servant Relationship with the Yandere Love Interest (the novel is better tho and also two of the love interests are crazy) 3.Beware of The Villainess (however the heroine has the harem and they all suck but the story is really funny and Melissa is the best so you should read it) 4. Inso's Law (of you want to count it it's an isekai set in the real world regardless I recommend it if you haven't read it Also read the novel!!!) I'm sorry I can't give you more or better suggestions
