Okay, so, the delivery man was cursed or had like this weird thing that happened to him and he passed it on to the c of that chapter. That is why he grinned at the MC of that chapter. It also explains why he kept saying "thank you". I think that, on Webtoon, it shows the MC pass it on to something else.
Ps. If you read this on Webtoon you would understand 'cause this didn't show the full chapter.
