What you described made me think of that Korean drama called 200 pound beauty. I really hate reading manhuas that involves a fat female lead because you just know it gonna be very cliché and shallow. Especially when they changed themselves for stupid reasons. Asian beauty standards are really extreme.
That's why I like the webtoon Makeup Remover because it the exact opposite and they talk about excepting themselves

Yea but i would like to finish it before i say anything about it. So far it’s good it’s not shallow or anything like that but it usually takes me about a week to finish any story cause i always get distracted by other webtoons lol
