I think seungho knew that someone prank his baby and nakyum shouldn't say sorry because it wasn't his fault. I think that's why seungho looks angry.

I think Nakyum, very implicitly, was apologizing for ever considering that Seungho cares for him somehow (which we know is actually the case) and Seungho was bothered by the realization that Nakyum doesn't considerer that to be an option (even though the reason for that is Seungho himself being a tsundere shit) and the worst, it appears he doesn't even care.
But maybe that's just me reading too much into that.
