Reincarnated princess?

I can’t remember the title but I’m looking for a manga about a neglected princess, I think she was the 13th. She lived alone in a palace and would be later sold off to a horrible man.
In order to avoid that she makes a deal with a handsome important guy.
She does her own laundry and she pretends to be a maid when she sneaks out. She has a friend she tells stories to and that friend is a writer.
