Im not going to go blame to the author because that’s how they intended the story to be? I’m fine with the romance, I’m just responding in general to the people who are always whiny about romance. Romance is not the main focus of the story so it’s not a big deal.
I think romance is inevitable, I'm just glad the main character has the personality to make romance not that bad. I'd rather not have the romance (I am a lesbian so I'm not a fan of straight romance) but I know it's not going to ruin the story. A good story like this won't make any sort of romance bad. I'll still like the story all the same. It'll just be one piece of the story, it won't be the main focus. Plus the girl isn't that bad either, she is a little bland but like said, it's not the stories focus.
