omg you sure are right. Sometimes the artist with great plots are not committed to their comics or lose motivation. Its so irritating. I wish it was more like japan were they have a set schedule and provide mostly onetime.
I can see this one getting dropped. I guess they drop their comics because they're doing it for a hobbie. Usually in Korea or Japan they do it for a company and they have an schedule they have to accomplish, and they get good money out of that

Yeah thats the main difference, also I feel like any comic that's not heroic/action trope isnt valued by the western reader, correct if I'm wrong.
if you actually go on the team tapas's profile and see their previous work, you wouldn't say that. also there are plenty of western artists who live solely off patreon and still churn out chapters after chapters. i hope the author of this comic won't visit mangago because if i were them and i see your comment saying my work is just a hobby and i'll eventually drop it, I'd be pretty disheartened. that's kinda a mean thing to say about an artist whom you barely know, you know? anw not every Lezhin comic creator get paid good money, there was a scandal about how Lezhin didn't pay creator and had a toxic, deadline driven working culture back in 2018, which caused many artists to leave Lezhin.
I've read many webcomics, and the western ones always get dropped :/ its just my experience, of course I hope this one won't, because I like it
