As much as I can understand Claude used black magic to forget Athy's mother and in that process he forgot Athy too. In the lovely Princess, athy's mana brings back his forgotten memory. Thus, he felt uncomfortable around athy. Whereas Jeannette kinda ease his headaches but is not solving the problem. For the first timeline in the lovely princess, athy only met Claude after 9 years which by then the magic had be completed, that's why in the first timeline, Claude treated her like shit and didn't particularly liked her. But only kept Jeannette by his side as she eases his pain, that's why there were unfairness between athy and Jeannette treatment but Claude never really loved Jeannette but just used her (quite tragic for Jeannette). Also dark Claude's mana actually released the built in mana of athy's which was too much for her body to handle as her mana is really strong. That's when Claude tried to save her which cause him to lose his memory because athy's mana rewind time type causing him to go back to the time when his black magic was still present. Which resulted in him losing his memory. Correct me if am wrong but this is how much I remembered.
Based on what my dumb mind understood,,, athy has a really powerful magic and she was able to cross through time and dimensions (which means she's the original athy) but idk if she crossed time herself purposely or simply because of her emotions.. Also her daddy (and soon to be my daddy too;) lmfao jk) used dark magic to forget his emotions and memory in which i think the purpose is to forget athy's mother. Does that mean claude's magic was mingled or some sort of shit by his brother so he will forget about athy?? Apparently i dont fucking know haha anyways when will lucas and athy kiss or even have some sort of romantic scene SJXJDHDKX
