Each chapter gives mixed signals tho. Considering they’re not family anymore since their parents are divorced it can be a new chance. It dragged so long that it could also be just a chance for Joowon to have his dream family and Haeso to move on. It’s all about tying loose ends although we don’t know how.
I feel like I'm one of the few who's been waiting for the MC just to get back together with Joowon. The main reason their relationship didn't prosper is because they kept it hidden, as well as obvious taboo reasons. As adults though, it's a new chance.
