Everyone thinks Ashley is a reincarnate but I don't think so. I think Cecil told him about herself in the scene that cut out! Maybe that's why he knows but I can't think he reincarnated there would have been clues right since he was the first target from the beginning everyone of them has tells! He seemed clueless as hell to me?!
