I was actually very lenient with express ideas. He should be able to say phrases.
he can't even say single words.

I don't get what you mean about 20s being an entitled age but the idea of being identified as a 12 year old just doesn't sit well with me. I do got your point about kids' slow development and it's concerning but Dojin is also right about how kids develop at different pace and Byul is still a toddler who has all the right reasons to not be bothered with growing up too quickly. I'd be very concern if Byul was a 4 year old and still can't talk but no, he's barely two(?) who's at the age where the priority is developing their body and posture.

I understand your point but byul didn’t really have a tantrum it was him upset being yelled at something he couldn’t control and that was honestly on hyesungs for not consulting his partner about the issue and trying to come up a plan to help byul. I also want to bring up where you said Dijon and hyesung rewarded byul for his “tantrum” but all Dijon did was talk to byul and understand why he was upset and help him see that hyesung was just worried for him and you could also see that byul was upset for ignoring hyesung and regreting his actions for pushing him away in a sense
Byul is such a spoiled child and not in the good way, I'm not into this chapter where Hyesung had to apologize for being concerned.
first time he didn't do anything wrong and now he apologizes?
