Byul tries to. Like he understands the words but can't communicate as effectively
I’m pretty sure he understands them well! He’s just slow when it comes to talking, he tries to talk, but it comes out a little gibberish. Each kids are different. Some can be fast when it comes to speech, but some call also be slow.

i know someone who can't talk until they were 7 years old, she's a smart child but she had difficulties speaking until she turned 7 and started speaking fluently so i get what you mean
