Tbh i definitely dont think its the priestess since she's so young. Goblin slayer is 20 while the priestess is 15-16, so I hope shes not the love interest. From my knowledge he greatly trusts the priestess. I think the most likely love interest would be his childhood friend since he deeply cares for her, but I dont think his feelings are romantic. And with the guild lady Id say he keeps their relationship professional. In all honeslty i dont think he expresses romantic intentions to anyone. His mental stability and need to kill goblins outweighs other priorities and romance.
i honestly don't think there is any fl or romance, all female characters serve a purpose but none romantic. his childhood friend is just like family, someone he grew up with and nothing more. if anything i would have to say the FL is priestess especially after chapter 54. age gaps have never been something that stopped romantic relationships/development in manga so ╮(￣▽￣)╭
also a big thing as to why i say priestess is bc of how she changed the ml. even his childhood friend said that he's become more human due to priestess. seeing how the manga started and is going, there's no doubt that there's an emphasis on priestess. i just hope that if there's any romance it won't get in the way of the action

Yessss this. The reason why I thought the priestess is the endgame is because the story started with her. She is the one who understands his goblin obsession the most. The one with him when their lives are on the line. And if they were to be together, goblin slayer can stay true to himself and don't need to chge his lifestyle and accommodate to his life partner later on in life. I mean, he has to at some point but I don't think he is emotionally ready atm or anytime soon. So I thought priestess is the perfect person.

And I have questions... Who's the FL in the story, i thought it was the priestess but for now it seems platonic to me.
