What is fake update ? Do you mean the extra chapter is the fake update ?

Hello. What I meant about 'fake update' is when a new Chapter update notification pops up on the bell icon above (you can't have the bell icon or notification icon if you haven't sign up for an account) so if there's a Chapter update notif you normally wanted to check out immediately the new chapter and when you do click the manga's/manhua's name which will lead you to its story's summary and latest chapters you'll see that there's no new chapter arrive that day. Instead you'll see the Chpter that was posted last time.

Oh and you dont receive update notifs if you haven't marked a certain manga 'already read' or 'currently reading'.
Ahh i get it now. And yeah i already knew about login, notification and stuff so that's why i asked you about this. I never experience that kind of notification. So i was confused at first. Thank you so much for telling me this.
