I don't think so, the uploads in toonily coincide with mangago, except for one chapter. For example, if toonily updates chapter 1 to 10, then mangago uploads the same day for chapters 1-9, leaving one chapter missing, but they have a same day upload of mass chapters.

I always have to go to toonily website to get the latest chapters. mangago always leaves out 1 chapter that toonily has.
I suggest you guys also check this manga from there too.
