It’s not bipolar. The seme was raised by his father to be ruthless and only managed to express his love in hurtful ways in the past. However after his accident and amnesia his upbringing is not controlling anymore and he’s left with his instinct and feelings. Now realizing how he came to care and need the uke despite his father influence. Bipolar would imply he always had to struggle with change of emotions (swinging between caring and agression) but it’s not the case. His attitude was pretty constant until his murder attempt.

that’s what i thought cause you can’t automatically say you have bipolar disorder just cause you find it similar to your situation. you’d have to be diagnosed
I had a theory that the Seme was bipolar and that's why he had sudden mood changes so I went to search about it (see symptoms and these things) and guess what? I discover that I have bipolarity
