There are investment companies that can do it for you. Every quarter I get an information packet about how mine are doing. Besides that I just leave it alone to do it's thing.
I also know nothing ╥﹏╥ it's like reading many many medical manga won't make you a doctor lol
There are a lot of easy videos on Youtube to understand the principle if you want :)
